If you can just ride, you have been happy for a long time when you have your kite under control. Novice kiters often place their hands at the end of the kite surf bar, but the kite is easier to steer if you place your hands in the middle of the kite bar.
In this video you can see how that works and the leverage of the kite handlebar is also explained. The size of the kite determines the length of the bar.
Almost every brand has its own bar and tries to distinguish itself with it. Sometimes with innovations such as the click bars from Duotone and Harlem IPS Bar, but basically they all do the same whether they are called Sensor, DreamStick, Aviator, Overdrive or Linx.
