These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements that you conclude with 35knots, whether it concerns the delivery of articles or the provision of services. By ordering you indicate that you agree with the general terms and conditions of delivery.
To deliver
35knots delivers the articles * within the Netherlands via PostNL while stocks last. The delivery time of an item is usually 2 to 5 working days from the order date. Exceptions to this can be articles that fall old “long cargo”, such as boards.
If you receive items that you have not ordered, you must inform 35knots of this as soon as possible. Any inaccuracies in the information provided to you by 35knots must be reported by you to 35knots immediately. Also any changes or inaccuracies to your data that you have provided to 35knots.
In a number of cases you can also pick up items or have them delivered to your location.
35knots charges delivery costs.
Return or exchange
You can return all items that you have purchased at 35knots without giving any reason and within 14 days of receipt of the items. Please note that in the case of exchange or return, the delivered items will only be returned unused and unopened and in the original packaging.
After the period of 14 days, you can no longer return your purchase without reason. It is up to you to demonstrate that you have exercised your right to return in good time. We therefore recommend that you ensure that you are in possession of a receipt or a similar document.
The amount paid will be refunded to your bank account upon return or cancellation within 10 working days.
Refuse order
You are free not to accept online orders. This choice is entirely up to 35knots and she does not have to motivate this. If 35knots does not accept an online order, 35knots will notify you immediately.
Protection of personal data
The data necessary for processing your order will be stored and, in the context of the order processing, may be passed on to companies affiliated with us or companies that perform part of our services.
35knots reserves the right to perform an analysis of the data you provide and to offer an alternative payment method based on information obtained. No correspondence can be entered into about any decisions and conclusions.
Naturally, all your personal data will be treated in strict confidence and the legal rules regarding the protection of personal data and privacy will be strictly observed by us. 35knots will not sell your personal information to third parties.
In cases where personal data is provided by us to third parties, they are not entitled to use this data for any other purpose than the performance of their task. The third parties with which 35knots works are bound by 35knots conditions, in which your privacy is guaranteed.
If you have registered for the Newsletter, 35knots will use your personal data in addition to the cases described above for its own advertising purposes. If you do not wish to receive unsolicited advertising from 35knots (by post or e-mail) you can unsubscribe at any time and object to the further use of your personal data for commercial communications. You can unsubscribe when you receive the newsletter.
Liability
35knots does not accept any liability towards you for any damage other than in the event that its liability insurance covers the damage and insofar as the insurer pays out as appropriate. Apart from the cases referred to above, the liability is always limited to a maximum of the amount of the purchase price of the item (s) concerned. Under no circumstances will the compensation referred to in this paragraph amount to more than € 200.
35knots is never liable for consequential damage.
